Perfect little starter couch for my apartment and super duper comfy. Not firm at all, very light and cloud like. Super cute too, especially for it not being expensive. Only negative is the back doesn't sit too high and the shipping is a bit confusing so P.S.A. to everyone purchasing this couch if you are missing parts, you may be missing a shipment so just wait a couple of days (for me the second shipment came in within a couple of hours).

Overall, this was a good purchase. I like that it comes with an ottoman. I purchased off Walmart because it was $100 cheaper. I rated the couch 4stars because it sits very low to the ground, so low that the legs don't really make a difference. If you are elderly or someone who struggles with back pain with getting up and down, this couch isn't for you.

It's nice and soft BUT it Sits extremely low on the ground. I'm 5'2 and could barely get up. But that's ok, I read the reviews before I ordered it. My plan is to replace the legs so it'll sit higher and add some pillows to this bad boy and make it work. (Excuse the wall's I'm still decorating)

This is a really nice couch, cushions are nice and soft. The color came matching the pics and it was fairly easy to put together. Overall, good couch for the price, would've given it 5 stars but the description said there was "storage" in the sofa and it actually does not have any storage compartments.

Nice looking large couch. Sits low to the ground. Easy to assemble. Soft fabric. Back cushions not that thick but still comfortable. Perfect couch for ours daughters first apartment. Very happy with the size and style of it.

So first off like most of the reviews say.. the sofa is incredibly low to the ground. I'm 5'2 and it feels like my knees are up to my chest. I plan on purchasing new legs for the sofa to remedy this. The back cushions are also very thin and do not stay in place. I bought extra strong white velcro to hold them in place and it works great. The sofa it's self is extremely roomy! This thing is absolutely massive! It's plenty of room for a family of 3 and a baby lol. Comfort- ok so it is soft like ot ...

We have left it to fluff for the recommended 3 days also. If you're prone to restless legs I would avoid it. My husband can not get comfortable on it unfortunately. Also note that once this thing is open it is not returnable. It says it on almost every air packed bag the cushions come it. So caution to that. To me it feels as if the cushions cave extremely low. It may look super fluffy in all these reviews including mine but once sat on the fluffy smashes down. The fabric is nice and soft. I got the teddy bear fleece. It is not scratchy so I like that. For the price this is a decent peice of furniture. You really can't get something this large and esthetically pleasing to the eyes for much less. I don't regret my purchase but I do wish it wasn't as saggy. This is our last "in a box" sofa we will buy though. Ps this was set up in October even though I have Christmas stuff up haha I'm excited this year!!

Turns out the third box required a signature and fedex had apparently attempted delivery 3 times Thursday Friday and Saturday? They never left a notice until the third and final attempt, had not knocked or rang my doorbell and I was home all day Friday with just the screen closed and I had no idea I needed to sign and no number to track. So now I get to drive an hour and a half round trip to pick up box 3 because fedex refuses to deliver ????♀? So if you order, make sure someone is home all day everyday and watching out the window to catch the fedex truck as they drive by until you get all 3 boxes.

Super comfy and very long, I'm 5,8 and I can completely stretch out with lots of room to spare. Wish it were deeper but it's still great for naps. The back cushions aren't the best as they slip between the back and lower cushions often but for the price I'm ok with it. Easy to assemble and would buy it again!

sits incredibly low to ground and not the most comfortable. looks nice but only comfortable if you're under 5 foot or a toddler
