I ordered 2 of these chairs. One built perfectly and looks really nice. The 2nd one I was unable to complete because the screw hole didn't align. I attempted contacting the seller but it kept redirecting me to amazon assistant. I would have loved to just get a new part but was unable to. Reading other reviews, it seems like this has been a common issue. Now the item is "unavailable" so I am unable to get a new one, and now have one chair that is built and one that cant be finished.

This chair is super comfortable and stylish for its price. I was a bit skeptical at first but now that I received it I've been loving it. The instructions weren't clear to read but it was alright. Not a big deal.

This chair is super cute and I love the texture of the fabric. I was confused why I was missing the crosspiece, but they hide it in one of the cushions (there's a Velcro opening you can pull it out of), which you will find when doing the first step of assembly. Besides the minor scratches, I'm pretty happy with this piece! Wouldn't say it's the most comfortable chair (super firm), but I still like it. Great and fast customer service too.

I was surprised by the quality for the price, and it's both sturdy and comfortable. The cushions are like a Sherpa material. Pretty pleased with it.

I originally put it together wrong because the parts aren't actually labeled. The only thing I wish is they put stickers to label parts for future customers. I originally assembled the legs flipped around and didn't realize until the end when the wooden plugs wouldn't go on. (Probably could've left it) but it was an easy fix. Still had pieces leftover like the one in the package. What is that about? Directions don't include it, (nor the black screws) which is a little odd. Overall, decent qualit ...

I ordered 2, they came relatively quickly and easy to put together. One chair has issues with screws lining up. I contacted the company, they responded within a day and resolved the issue. The chair fabric reminds me of a sweater and is comfortable (enough) and could fit an adult with ease.

The product has good quality (both the wood pieces and the fabric) at a very reasonable price. It is easy to set up. I initially had a problem but customer service was quick to solve.

These are the cutest, most comfortable chairs! Bigger than I thought two. My 5 year old twins and 2 Year old fit on one of them together. So cute

Really impressed with this chair! Material is super soft and it's pretty sturdy! Directions were kind of confusing but not too bad! Definitely worth the price!
