We ordered two of these chairs for a seating area for our guest room. We needed something small scale but comfortable and these work great! They are very attractive and actually quite comfortable. We ordered two of these chairs for a seating area for our guest room. We needed something small scale but comfortable and these work great! They are very attractive and actually quite comfortable. I was a little concerned that they would be too narrow, but that's not an issue. Shipping took 7 days from when we ordered them (they came on the first day of the estimated window.) The first chair assembled beautifully and only took one person about 15 minutes. We ran into an issue with the holes in the cross brace on the second chairs. The screws wouldn't go in the holes. We contacted customer service and they requested photos (so I sent photos of the holes:-). While we were waiting for a reply, we began looking in the holes with a strong flashlight and realized that there was dried glue and a bit of sawdust in the holes that was preventing the screws from going in. We squirted a small amount of Goo-gone into the holes to dissolve the glue and then worked the screw in. This quickly solved the problem and we were able to assemble the second chair with no issues. Aside from that minor issue, these were super easy to assemble. (Just make sure you put the chair arm side with the countersunk holes on the outside of the chair. I believe other reviewers who had issues with the length of the screws and not being able to put in the plugs had the two arm pieces reversed.) We love these chairs and would recommend them to anyone!
