The chair came well packaged. Easy to assemble and was even more beautiful in person. I am returning them because they are really short. Like sitting in an Adirondack chair. Husband said they look like patio furniture. I think they are nice for a small space but they are not right for my space. SAD!

I really love this chair, but it is very short compared to my low couch. Of course it gave the dimensions but apparently I didn't feel the need to check them before purchasing, close to the size of a beach chair. The materials feel and look nice , it is also pretty comfortable. Easy to put together. I will keep the chair and find a use for it , I like it that much.

The mentioned dimensions are as stated, and it's good quality for the price. It did take some time and manual fluffing to get the cushions back to full size. I used a handheld steamer to remove the remaining wrinkles in the fabric. The pink was more purple than expected, but it's still a lovely pink color. I would suggest making sure to place and remove screws in all of the holes prior to assembly to make sure there is no glue or sawdust blocking the holes. After I did this step, the assembly took me less than 15 minutes by myself. Another review also pointed out to make sure the arms of the chair have the deep holes facing outward to avoid having to take it apart and start over.

Comfortable. Cute. As pictured. Easy to put together. Low to the ground, so pay attention to height measurement if you want something taller. Good price for quality of product. Definitely reccommend!

Prepare to improvise. The shorter bolts didn't fit at all, which means there isn't enough longer ones in the kit. You'll have to track down 8 more of the longer bolts (good luck finding an exact match) at hardware store (you can see the mis-match bolts in second pic). Also, the caps included to cover up the silver bolt heads do not fit. But…..it looks better than you'd think a $150 accent chair would look, once it's assembled.

This chair is amazing! very budget friendly but still looks high end and feels very sturdy. It was a little difficult to put together by myself so I would recommend having a friend help!

Seeing how many people called this "the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in", I definitely had higher expectations. This is a totally fine chair, but nowhere near that comfortable, and the pillow offers basically nothing other than visual aesthetics. I wouldn't expect it to hold up to very much weight or use, either, as it feels somewhat secure, but certainly not totally confidence inspiring. Was pleasantly surprised at quality, comfort, and overall how well it looked like the online photos. Accent chair was easy to assemble. I used thread lock to keep the screws/Allen bolts from backing out. One of the bolt covers/plug was slightly small and loose in the hole bit it was really insignificant. One more outstanding thing about this chair is how comfortable the seat is. I'd highly recommend this chair.

We ordered two of these chairs for a seating area for our guest room. We needed something small scale but comfortable and these work great! They are very attractive and actually quite comfortable. I was a little concerned that they would be too narrow, but that's not an issue. Shipping took 7 days from when we ordered them (they came on the first day of the estimated window.) The first chair assembled beautifully and only took one person about 15 minutes. We ran into an issue with the holes in t ...

We ordered two of these chairs for a seating area for our guest room. We needed something small scale but comfortable and these work great! They are very attractive and actually quite comfortable. I was a little concerned that they would be too narrow, but that's not an issue. Shipping took 7 days from when we ordered them (they came on the first day of the estimated window.) The first chair assembled beautifully and only took one person about 15 minutes. We ran into an issue with the holes in the cross brace on the second chairs. The screws wouldn't go in the holes. We contacted customer service and they requested photos (so I sent photos of the holes:-). While we were waiting for a reply, we began looking in the holes with a strong flashlight and realized that there was dried glue and a bit of sawdust in the holes that was preventing the screws from going in. We squirted a small amount of Goo-gone into the holes to dissolve the glue and then worked the screw in. This quickly solved the problem and we were able to assemble the second chair with no issues. Aside from that minor issue, these were super easy to assemble. (Just make sure you put the chair arm side with the countersunk holes on the outside of the chair. I believe other reviewers who had issues with the length of the screws and not being able to put in the plugs had the two arm pieces reversed.) We love these chairs and would recommend them to anyone!

This chair looks very sleek and is comfortable, but it is very small in person. It looked child sized next to our sectional sofa, so we had to move it to another room since we didn't want to disassemble to return. If you have lower profile furniture, this would work in your space.
